Ayelet is the Investment Principal in Robert Bosch Venture Capital. Prior to joining RBVC, she managed Bank Leumi’s (Israel’s largest bank) large M&A deals. Prior to that, Ayelet was AVP Strategy and M&A at M-Systems/SanDisk where she took part in the M-Systems M&A ($1.5Bn) as well as in the PMI. Ayelet was a Principal with Apax Partners and had a Product Management position at Mercury Interactive (acquired by HP) and spent 6 years at Intel’s R&D Center in Israel in management and development roles.

He served as Managing Director of the Israel Ministry of Defense, Commander of a classified technology unit, and Head of the legendary prestigious 8200 Division where he initiated many of Israel’s cyber programs. Prior to SOMV, Pinhas was a partner at Apax Partners and served as a mentor to several successful cyber technology startups.

Ronen is an experienced investor and a senior business development executive with extensive enterprise sales experience, innovative field marketing knowledge and strong technical background. A former partner and CTO of 2B-Angels and Explore Ventures, Ronen additionally acted as director / observer within a diverse and expansive portfolio of companies. He previously served as a member of the Microsoft Israel executive team, leading MS Israel ISV business development strategy, including developer strategy, audience marketing strategy and strategic enterprise pre-sale teams.
Moshe manages Amdocs Ventures, Amdocs’ venture fund. Earlier at Amdocs, he was an M&A “dealmaker” and was responsible for the acquisitions of various companies including Vubiquity, Vindicia, UXP, BriteBill and cVidya. Prior to Amdocs, Moshe served as an investment banker with Deutsche Bank and Jefferies. He graduated from Princeton University with High Honors in Economics and Mathematics.

Ran’s previous experience includes overall product strategy at Amdocs, product leadership at a VC backed AI startup, strategic projects for Google and Electronic Arts, and software engineering roles at Microsoft, Verint Systems, and the Israeli Ministry of Defense.
