Veego is getting into many new areas of perfecting the internet experience in the Connected Home. So, it makes sense that we are expanding our Advisory Board to give us access to the senior management outlook of CSPs, ISPs, smart device manufacturers, app creators and other major players in our industry.  Now, we have brought on two new internationally known, highly experienced, C-level experts to help guide our company as we make the break from startup to serious international player.

Welcome Scott Randall and Doron Hacmon to the Veego Advisory Board!

Here is what Scott brings to the table: A 33-year telecommunications industry veteran experienced with telephone, cable, and wireless internet companies, Scott Randall most recently served as the Vice President and General Manager at Atlantic Broadband, a leading ISP in the US. Prior to that position, Scott was the Area General Manager for Rise Broadband, the largest wireless Internet Provider in the US where he was responsible for operations across eight Midwestern states. Scott is also very active in the delivery of broadband technology in the public sector. He was appointed to the Maryland Broadband Taskforce by the state governor and also serves as a technical representative to the PamunkeyNet initiative in Virginia.

Doron Hacmon also brings a very impressive CV and highly useful acumen. He served as the Chief Product Officer of Liberty Global, one of the world’s leading converged video, broadband and communication companies, with operations in six European countries under the consumer brands, Virgin Media, Telenet, and UPC. In his position as CPO, Doron oversaw Product Development across television, broadband internet, fixed telephony and mobile. He also served Liberty Global in other leading roles, including: CFO, Business Development, Commercial and Strategic Marketing. Like Scott, Doron also boasts an active public-works involvement. Prior to Liberty Global, he was an active partner in a management consultancy firm that specializes in public programs such as mass public transportation systems and airports.

Can you believe it?  Veego is not even two years old and we are already operating on four continents, dealing with Tier-1 and Tier-2 Communication Service Providers, and expanding our breakthrough technology into connected-device performance monitoring. 5G is getting rolled out in several countries (including our home country, Israel, as of this month) and we definitely intend to be a player in that industry segment. Stay tuned for some big announcements in the 5G realm!

Our CEO, Amir Kotler was effusive about the new members of the Veego Advisory Board: “We are honored to attract such international talent. Both Scott and Doron have made impressive careers in highly successful senior management roles. I am grateful to be able to rely on them for their vision, analytical abilities, and helpful advice as our company continues its swift trajectory. Their insights and experience will help guide us to success.”

We also want to thank Ajay Waghray, who had to leave our Advisory Board to take on a wildfire of a challenge as CIO of California’s Pacific Gas & Electric. His service to Veego was very helpful in getting us to where we are today. PG&E got themselves a real star.
